this friday its all for the kiddos.

wear this insanely cute, vintage-inspired culotte-suit.  what little girl wouldn't look adorable sporting this around the pool?  if nothing else, grab a hula-hoop and have some fun.

make these delicious looking fresh fruit popsicles.  healthy, fun and you don't even need a popsicle mold.

do try this fun little art project.  so creative and so many possibilities...

so i have always had a thing for pants, 

most esp. those on the more masculine side.

not that i do not love feminine dresses just as 

much, but there is something to say 

about a good relaxing pair of pants.

i also generally have a thing for men's clothing on women. 

just love it.

one of my favorite shirts is my husband's flannel

with the broken button.

and so to come upon an entire tumblr devoted to 

women in menswear? i was pretty pumped.

i mean who doesnt adore the style icons k.hepburn and diane keaton?

i love their clothes, their home wares, etc.

(we all do, right?),

but what i really love are their photos.

getting a catalog in the mail is {almost} 

as good as a real magazine.

earth day with anthropologie

yesterday we enjoyed a little earth day celebration

at anthropologie.

the kids potted plants, colored, enjoyed treats

and had the endless attention of the staff.

 finn told me he thought this girl who worked there

(who might be ruby's new best friend)

looked like "the bank song" girl.

then he asked, "was it her?"

i was tempted to just say yes...

dirt, cookies and crayons... 

i'd say they know how to win kids over.
